Our business has a proud track record of providing high-quality homes across the country, with a focus on high-density, urban living, providing superior solutions for our clients and their customers.
Our experience, geographic presence, coupled with our established and mature supply chain allows our business to continue to deliver the mid-rise schemes that are key to regeneration in our towns and cities.
Our broad offering across infrastructure, construction and specialist services means we are well-placed to meet the place making needs of the country.
We have re-established our position in the Affordable Homes market, building on our reputation for high-density urban schemes by leveraging our residential and private rented sector offer.
We are able to utilise different approaches to partner with our local authority and housing association clients to deliver high-quality homes through:
A contracting approach established through our long-term framework experience, to deliver affordable homes through residential-focused contracting frameworks.
Partnerships models where have the ability to work collaboratively to assemble developments in places of demand, using a similar approach to our Private Rented Sector investment model.
Joint ventures where risk and reward can be shared, to allow larger, complex schemes to be delivered over an agreed timeframe.
We can build affordable homes that respond to the climate crisis, helping to tackle fuel poverty for those living in affordable homes. Our extensive experience across many of our public sector clients focussed on the same challenges means we understand this and have the tools and expertise to solve the issues facing the decarbonisation of residential properties.
