Stockport Exchange is part of an award-winning regeneration scheme in the heart of Stockport.
The Stockport Exchange project saw the creation of a new 64,000 sqft office building and 399-space multi-storey car park, complete with electric vehicle charging points and a living wall on its exterior.
Positioned next to Stockport station, the new office building and car park are part of a £1bn town centre regeneration scheme and has attracted a number of high-calibre occupiers such as BASF, MusicMagpie and ONP, who all have their UK HQs within the scheme.
The state-of-the-art Category A office space was created on behalf of national urban regeneration company, Muse Developments and Stockport Council, who are striving to create a new business district in the heart of the town.
