Appointed under a design and build contract, our business has formed a close partnership with the client, bringing benefits to both parties through mutual understanding and shared learning. Riverside Quarter is just a fifteen-minute walk from the heart of Wandsworth, connecting residents with shops and nightlife along a peaceful new riverwalk.
Set across six blocks, the development has created 554 stylish new homes comprising of one, two, three and four-bed apartments, commercial units, retail space, car parking and cycle storage. Winter gardens, balconies and terraces provide private outdoor space and stunning views across the Thames.
