Galliford Try's Brent Cross project is part of the ambitious Brent Cross Town regeneration, developed in partnership with Related Argent and Barnet Council.
This Private Rental Sector scheme will provide a diverse range of living options, including 249 studio, one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, all featuring high-quality finishes in private living areas, modular bathroom pods, and communal spaces designed by Conran and Partners.
The blocks range in height from eight to sixteen-storeys and will be arranged around a central, landscaped private podium garden at first floor. and four-bed apartments, all with slide on balconies. Flexible retail space will occupy the lower levels, alongside a leisure facility, large community space and basement car parking and plant.
The buildings utilise concrete frame construction, with post-tensioned concrete slabs beginning above the first level. The façade includes an SFS frame, complemented by a combination of GRC cladding and curtain walling systems for Block A, while Blocks B through D showcased traditional brickwork.
The Brent Cross development is projected to deliver nearly 7,000 new homes, provide 3m square feet of office space, a vibrant high street, and educational facilities, all situated within 50 acres of parks and recreational areas.
This initiative highlights the continued collaboration between Galliford Try and Related Argent, building upon the successful completion of 281 new apartments at Ashley Road East and West in Tottenham Hale.
