Steven Ripp - Project Director

Steve has over 30 years’ experience working with the Ministry of Justice, HMPPS and Home Office, serving as Custodial Sector Lead for the Strategic Alliance Agreement (SAA) and Constructor Services Framework (CSF). He supports the MoJ in delivering against their agenda and priorities and brings a track record of 75 projects delivered in secure environments over the last 20 years. Steve has overseen the rise of our custodial portfolio becoming one of the leading sectors across the business. His expertise encompasses project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting rigorous regulatory standards.

Amy Surguy - Framework Manager

Amy Surguy has over a decade of experience in preconstruction tendering for a variety of frameworks and projects across the public sector. Amy is central to our commitment in driving innovation and added value across our MoJ projects and ensuring we deliver against our performance targets on the framework while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholder.
