Galliford Try has rebranded its telecommunications business to reflect its expanding services in growing markets, following the recent announcement of Galliford Try’s Sustainable Growth Strategy to 2030.
Galliford Try's Telecoms business unit has been operating in the telecommunications market since 1991, and has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience through the delivery of over 25,000 wireless and core network installations across all operators within the UK.
Through a recent a transformation, leveraging its 30 plus years of experience, the business is turning its existing capabilities and skillsets to emerging digital infrastructure markets, which will see the UK’s 5G and electric vehicle needs being met.
Newly renamed Galliford Try Digital Infrastructure, the business provides property access and installation of telecoms infrastructure for the Radio Access Network market, expanding into sectors such as defence and private 5G networks, which are becoming a growing market as IT security becomes increasingly important.
The business is one of Galliford Try’s Specialist Services businesses, which were earmarked for growth as a key margin driver for the Group during its recent Capital Markets Event.
