Galliford Try’s Building East Midlands business has celebrated the ceremonial topping out of the multi-storey car park at Milton Keynes University Hospital.

The Galliford Try team was joined by representatives from the Milton Keynes New Hospital Programme, Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Trust, and other key project stakeholders to mark the occasion.

In collaboration with Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Trust, the multi-storey car park will incorporate three additional levels into the existing surface car park foundations. This development will increase parking capacity and enhance Electric Vehicle (EV) charging facilities, adding over 450 spaces to support the hospital's growing estate.

Jon Marston, Managing Director of Galliford Try Building East Midlands, said: “We are delighted to celebrate the topping out in collaboration with the Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Trust and our key partners. We are proud to play a role in advancing the growth and accessibility of healthcare services within the Milton Keynes community.”

The car park is set to be completed in Summer 2025.
