Galliford Try’s Facilities Management business (GTFM) has been awarded positions on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Facilities Management and Workplace Services framework, to deliver Total Facilities Management (FM) and Hard FM Managed Services.
The framework is valued at up to £35bn, will run for four years and is open to be utilised by all UK government departments. This award complements GTFM’s existing offerings to the public sector where over 95% of its existing portfolio and core market sits within the Health, Education, Justice and Local Government sectors.
The business will focus on Hard FM and Total FM services let within the new framework. The framework also opens up future markets for the Group’s Asset Intelligence business unit as well as opportunities for other Galliford Try businesses. The Group has a well-established relationship with CCS, and is already part of its Construction Works and Associated Services framework.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers
