Galliford Try’s Infrastructure business has secured a place on a new £500m framework covering Southern England.
The Generation Five (Gen5) Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework 2024-2028, run by Hampshire County Council, is available to public bodies, including County, Unitary and District Councils, Police, Fire and Rescue Services, and Marine and Coast Guard Agency.
Galliford Try has been appointed, alongside three other contractors, to Lot 4 of the new four-year framework for projects worth from £20-£175 million, covering civil engineering, transportation and infrastructure development-related construction work packages.
David Lowery, Managing Director of Galliford Try Infrastructure, commented: “We are delighted to be able to join this framework, which gives us access to local authority markets across the South of England. This appointment will complement our strong portfolio of framework positions and further our strategic aim of being a partner of choice for councils across the country.”
