Galliford Try’s Facilities Management (GTFM) small works team has completed the extensive refurbishment of Woodside House in Annesley on behalf of Galliford Try’s Environment business, transforming the space into a modern and functional work environment.
The works included a full office refurbishment, with the replacement of toilets including a new accessible toilet on the first floor, new kitchen facilities, flooring, furniture, glass partitions with updated manifestations, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
The refurb also features dedicated collaboration areas and Zoom rooms, along with reconfigured air conditioning that added extra units for improved climate control. Additionally, three double 22kW Electric Vehicle chargers were installed to promote sustainable commuting.
Steve Catlin, Managing Director for GTFM, said: "The goal was to create a vibrant, modern space that not only improves functionality but also makes the office a more welcoming environment for staff and visitors. By upgrading the facilities and introducing collaborative areas, we’ve provided a space that encourages engagement and productivity, ultimately supporting the Environment team’s return to the workplace in a comfortable and sustainable setting."
