Galliford Try’s Facilities Management business has successfully retained its place on the Fusion21 Workplace and Facilities Management Framework.
Following a competitive tender process, the business secured positions on Lot 1 (Total Facilities Management) and Lot 4 (Building and Engineering Services) – the only two lots Galliford Try tendered for. The business was also awarded all the geographical regions it applied for, covering London and the South East, the rest of England, Scotland, and Wales.
The Fusion21 Workplace and Facilities Management Framework, now in its third iteration, is valued at up to £700m over four years. Designed to support the operation of public buildings, it offers a streamlined procurement route for a range of hard and soft FM services, helping organisations enhance efficiency and focus on their core activities.
Russell Gates, Framework Manager at Fusion21 said: “We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto Fusion21’s Workplace and Facilities Management Framework, including Galliford Try Facilities Management. The tender process was highly competitive and has identified the best suppliers for our members to use for providing a range of hard and soft facilities management (FM) services to support the operation of public buildings.
“Members accessing this framework will benefit from flexible call-off options, UK-wide coverage, and the option to deliver social value to their communities, aligned to their organisational priorities.”
Steve Catlin, Managing Director of Galliford Try Facilities Management business, added: “We are pleased to have retained our place on the Fusion21 framework, which reaffirms our reputation as a trusted FM provider and provides new opportunities to continue delivering for clients across multiple regions.
“This success reflects the strength of our offering and the dedication of our teams in providing high-quality flexible solutions that are integrity led and deliver excellence to our clients. We look forward to building on our achievements and further strengthening our partnerships through this framework.”
