Galliford Try has appointed Andrew Spencer to the newly created role of Supply Chain & Procurement Director.
Andrew joins the business from Skanska and has more than 25 years’ experience in construction. He will become the functional head of supply chain and procurement professionals across the business, reporting into Sean Blackmore, Technical Services Director.
As part of his new role, Andrew will be tasked with developing the business’s strategic approach to supply chain management, supporting the development of a strong and aligned supply chain to enhance delivery performance and support the business’s future growth plans.
