Asset Intelligence held a conference for its team, aimed at uniting and inspiring the business and highlighting Galliford Try’s ambitious strategy for 2030. The conference brought together employees from various departments to engage in meaningful discussions about the future.
Uzair Osman, Managing Director for Galliford Try Asset Intelligence, kicked off the day by sharing the business unit’s plan to achieve the Group’s Sustainable Growth Strategy.
Discussions by the Asset Intelligence team featuring Ben McNally, Operations Director; Nathaniel Taylor, Strategic Development Director; Dave Janvier, Specialist Projects Director and Anil Rai, Commercial Director, were centred around encouraging a culture of challenge and mutual understanding to ensure the team can meet future challenges and benefit from opportunities.
The conference concluded with an interactive session where teams were invited to jot down their ideas and visually map out how they envision the roadmap to success unfolding.
Uzair said: "Our goal was for everyone to depart with a clear, straightforward, and memorable roadmap. Hosting the Asset Intelligence conference was a great experience and was inspiring to witness attendees connect with our strategy and participate in meaningful conversations.
